Who is Action Logement ?

Action Logement is a major player in housing policy in France. Its mission is to facilitate employees’ access to housing by offering services adapted to individual needs and to promote residential and professional mobility in support of employment. Its interventions take the form of loans, grants, and rental allocations. The core mission of Action Logement Services is to strengthen the link between employment and housing.

Present across the whole of France, Action Logement has around 3,000 employees spread over 127 sites and 13 regions.

Within this large-scale organization, HR issues are multiple: prevention of psychosocial risks, inclusion, disability, diversity, quality of life at work… as many themes are supported and managed daily by the QVCT management.

Why change tools ?

By outsourcing, we wanted to have a platform where we could analyze results and comparisons, and increase participation rates

In consultation with social partners, a consensus emerged: to strengthen the credibility of the approach, it was necessary to work with an external provider to access a results platform. Balencio proved to be the most suitable solution.

Visible results from the first edition

The first gain was immediate : the participation rate increased sharply.

From data to co-built action plans

After analyzing the results by the QVCT leadership team together with the secretaries of the QVT and CSSCT committees, a comprehensive action plan was co-designed. Its rollout is planned for the coming months.

Transparent communication to engage employees

Following the survey, Action Logement asked Balencio to produce a concise infographic for employees to present the key findings and the planned next steps.
