An international organization attentive to its collaborators

ENGIE GBS Belgium, the group’s shared services entity, supports ENGIE’s businesses on an international scale. With a constant focus on quality of work life (QWL) and psychosocial risk prevention (PSR), the organization recently turned to Balencio to conduct an in-depth survey among its teams.

Although ENGIE already has an internal global employee engagement survey tool, Cécile Bottiau aimed to go further by relying on an external partner to explore more detailed and concrete dimensions of workplace well-being.

Among the selection criteria, the simplicity and clarity of the Balencio platform were key advantages. The ability to easily navigate between an overall view and detailed analysis was particularly appreciated.

Another strong point highlighted is the rigor and attention given to the platform’s design, down to the smallest details.

Beyond legal compliance, this survey helped better understand employees’ expectations and strengthened social dialogue within ENGIE GBS. The analysis of the results provided concrete insights to further improve working conditions.

A high-potential HR solution

If the platform has been used in the context of psychosocial risks, Cécile also foresees other uses for Balencio, notably in onboarding, monitoring the social climate or targeted HR initiatives.
