working hours ?<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Flexible working hours are the possibility for an employee to be able to arrange their schedules according to various factors that are specific to them.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-is-autonomy\">What is autonomy ?<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Autonomy, on the other hand, is the possibility for the employee to be able to organize and carry out his work in the way that seems most sensible to him.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"horaires-flexibles-les-avantages-et-inconvenients\">Horaires flexibles : les avantages et inconv\u00e9nients<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Offering flexible working hours to employees proves beneficial for several reasons. It allows employees to better balance their private and professional lives, avoid commuting stress during peak hours, gain a greater sense of control over their work, and reduce workload pressure. These advantages also benefit the organization, as they improve employee morale and satisfaction, reduce absenteeism and lateness, enhance the company\u2019s image, and lower turnover, among other positive effects.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/balencio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Deadline-amico.svg\" alt=\"Illustration of a character walking in front of a large clock and calendar with folders and a computer in the background.\" class=\"wp-image-3786\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>However, it is also important to consider the disadvantages of flexible working hours. Indeed, they can create challenges for the smooth functioning of a team. Communication between employees working different schedules becomes more difficult and can lead to a loss of productivity. Solutions can be implemented, such as maintaining core working hours during which everyone is present. On the other hand, for employers, this approach may result in a perceived loss of control over employees, requiring a necessary period of adaptation.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The advantages, however, seem to outweigh the disadvantages. Nevertheless, caution is needed to ensure that all staff members are properly supported in adapting to the introduction of a flexible working hours system. <\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"why-give-your-employees-more-autonomy\">Why give your employees more autonomy ?<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Granting autonomy to employees increases their creativity, motivation, and satisfaction, which in turn reduces turnover within the organization. It allows employees to choose how they will achieve the objectives assigned to them. It also appears that companies that are more inclined to give employees greater autonomy tend to achieve higher performance.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, this represents a management system that is quite different from more traditional approaches. It involves setting employees objectives based on expected outcomes while granting them a certain degree of freedom. This is why autonomy is often associated with practices such as remote work or flexible hours. Moreover, it is a system entirely based on trust. In addition, when implementing such measures, it is important to adapt to each employee. While increased responsibility can be beneficial for some, it may become a source of stress for others.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:2rem\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
