Disability Manager at ENGIE GBS Belgium <\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"an-international-organization-attentive-to-its-collaborators\"><strong>An international organization attentive to its collaborators<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n<p>ENGIE GBS Belgium, the group\u2019s shared services entity, supports ENGIE\u2019s businesses on an international scale. With a constant focus on quality of work life (QWL) and psychosocial risk prevention (PSR), the organization recently turned to Balencio to conduct an in-depth survey among its teams.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"un-besoin-de-profondeur-et-de-clarte\"><strong>Un besoin de profondeur et de clart\u00e9<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Although ENGIE already has an internal global employee engagement survey tool, C\u00e9cile Bottiau aimed to go further by relying on an external partner to explore more detailed and concrete dimensions of workplace well-being. <br\/> <br\/><em>\u00abWith Balencio, I can address essential topics such as work-life balance or commuting. That\u2019s a real plus compared to a standard survey.\u201d<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"an-intuitive-and-rigorous-platform\"><strong>An intuitive and rigorous platform<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Among the selection criteria, the simplicity and clarity of the Balencio platform were key advantages. The ability to easily navigate between an overall view and detailed analysis was particularly appreciated.  <br\/> <br\/><em>\u201cThe interface is clear, smooth, and bug-free. I can easily move from the overall score down to the specific question that stands out. It\u2019s very well designed.\u201d<\/em><br\/> <br\/>Another strong point highlighted is the rigor and attention given to the platform\u2019s design, down to the smallest details. <br\/> <br\/><em>&#8220;When a platform is clean, faultless, well designed&#8230; it inspires confidence.
