These can be classified into four main categories, namely:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Physical signs<\/strong> such as, for example, itchy eyes, headaches, visual fatigue, MSDs or cardiovascular disorders. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cognitive sign<\/strong>s such as, for example, a deficit of attention and concentration, a decrease in the ability to make decisions or a feeling of cognitive saturation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Emotional<\/strong> signs such as, for example, irritability or an addiction to stay connected. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Social <\/strong>signs such as decreased face-to-face communication and social relationships. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Companies must therefore be attentive to these various signs in order to take measures to help employees reduce this connectivity and its deleterious consequences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-role-of-employees\"><strong>The role of employees<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Many actions can be initiated by the employee himself in order to limit his connectivity.
